12-walking lunges towards the center and mosey around snack shack to end of another path rinse and repeat at your own pace 20 minutes at the 20 minute mark meet at the center by snack shack and plank until all show up. ( I’ll have my timer and will prompt all when time is up) Try to make it to the end of each path as many times as you can

I am a part of leadership team at New Life Community Church for celebrate recovery so I figured I would share on this topic. Feel free to ask me about more if your interested or know anyone who may be interested in this program.
The first step to recovery
1. We admitted we were powerless over our addictions and compulsive behaviors, that our lives had become unmanageable
I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature.
For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. Romans 7:18 NIV
It doesn’t have to be a drug or alcohol problem, it could be anger, lust, codependency , gambling, so on so forth. Once you identify the issue you can work towards victory over that issue. I did everything in 12s to honor the 12 step program I personally am working on right now. If anyone wants to talk we are all here for each other and I am definitely here to help you all.
