9 HIMs joined for a workout that was 400 meter run, 29 squats with rock and repeat 7 times. The workout is the WOD for Travis Manion with died 4.29.07 for Veterans Day week workout. The 60 minutes included WOD, Colt 45s and Mary.
Pax included. Schwartz FIB Bueller Shirley Temple Rapid Sereno McFly and two former FNGs, Almanac and Snorkel. I don’t think Shirley Temple has band so MarkyMark if you could get his dad and uncle connected on Band that would be great.
