4. Global Warming – PAX in circle of pain. Hold Al Gore while slowly shuffling in a circle. Q shouts out exercise and amount. PAX recover and continue Al Gore shuffle in opposite direction. Rinse, repeat. (SSH, Cherry Pickers, Merkins, Hillbillies, pickle pounders, burpees, Grady Corn, etc.)
5. Blockee Balboa 1,2,3,4,5,6 (name credit to Tech Deck) – Partner exercise with a team cumulative of 50 Blockees, 100 curls, 100 overhead press, 150 rows, 150 Heavy Freddie’s, and 200 squats. Partner one begins with coupon-based reps, while partner two commences jumping rope. Partners flapjack every 60 jump ropes
6. Put away coupons and mosey to school
7. Triple Check (four rounds) – Teams of three. First man in a peoples chair, second man in front of him in plank, third man sprints 100 yards and back, rinse and repeat
8. Mosey back to flags
9. Mary – Supermans, high/low flutter, Dancing Bears, Rosalita, LBC, Big Boy sit ups, dancing bears, and plank
