A little chunk of Chaos
First off, we all got in a 5k today!
We added Singlet Merkins and burpees in increments of 1, 3 and 5, at first, third and fifth streets.
We ended with sprints with mosey recovery around the parking lot, just before a few minutes of Mary!
Great work out there for those who showed up!
We need to push through a little chaos to become the HIM that can experience long term joy regardless of external factors in life!
