COT: What stops you?
I have been held back by my mind more than my body. Far too often my failures in life can be related not to physical difficulty, but to me giving up too soon. Physical fitness is a good example of this, but it’s not the only one. Today focus on disciplining your mind. Focus on improvements today in your thought life: what you put in your mouth, what you choose to look at, and how you choose to spend your time all start with a mental choice. Don’t choose easy comfort, choose mental toughness towards worthwhile goals.
