3. Mosey to the baseball field hub
4. 5 Core Principle AMRAP – Pax stay in groups of 4-5 and run to Principle stations to perform stated workouts. There is one station at the end of each pathway “spoke” (for a total of 4 stations) and one station at the hub. Every time the hub is crossed, while going to one of the “spoke” stations, PAX perform the hub station workouts.
-Workouts are free of charge (round #1 = 20 reps & round #2 = 15 reps)
-Burpees
-Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)
-High Flutter Kicks (2 is 1)
-Open to all men (round #1 = 20 reps & round #2 = 15 reps)
-Bonnie Blairs (2 is 1)

-Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (round #1 = 20 reps & round #2 = 15 reps)

-Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary (round #1 = 20 reps & round #2 = 15 reps)

-End with a circle of trust [10 reps every time]-Hillbilly Squats (1 is 1)
