5k Hindenburg Blimps
Thank you to the 8 pax (Happy Meal, Hall Pass, Macbeth, Plunger, La Croix, Bam Bam, WALL-E, Snap-On) for joining me this morning at the Choice! 8 of us started on time but as we were working on the first round of the thang, we hear a wounded cat mixed with coyote on the near by baseball diamond. A few pax were ready to pounce but instead they see snap on coming out of the shadows. Hall Pass immediately ensure snap-on used that energy to catch up to the reps we were on.
Nice beat down mixed with a decent run.

The Thang:
Black snake the route that will be used below marking each station (4) with a cone.
5k Hiddenburg Blimps in a loop fashion just under .5 miles a loop with four stations to complete each letter one time. At the conclusion of each round pax will either plank or squat for the six.
5 burpees – each cone and mosey to next cone – 20 burpees total
10 lunges each leg – each cone and mosey to next cone – 80 lunges total
16 imperial walker – each cone and mosey to next cone – 64 imperial walkers total
20 merkins – each cone and mosey to next cone – 80 Merkins Total
25 plank jacks – each cone and mosey to next cone – 100 plank jacks total
30 squats reduce to 15 to attempt to finish on time – each cone and mosey to next cone – 90 squats total.
